What functions does Hengst.Connect offer?

"Search": Anyone can search for Hengst parts in Hengst.Connect. You can browse our pages using a Hengst type number, Hengst material number, (OE) manufacturer number, or competition part number. The shop can also be searched using a product description (e.g. fuel filter).

"Order": Registered users can order many Hengst products directly via Hengst.Connect. Non-registered users can only obtain information about the products. The possibility to order the products varies depending on the approval for the specific products. If you are interested in a product category, please send us an inquiry and we will check it.

"Manage": Registered users have access to their Hengst.Connect account and can view orders, deliveries, invoices, reorders, complaints, saved lists and account settings (depending on the permissions assigned). On this website you can buy all your Hengst products in one place.

How can I become a Hengst.Connect customer?
To become a registered Hengst.Connect customer, use the button "Login or Register", then click on "Register". The button is located in the header. A member of staff will process your request as soon as possible and get back to you.
How can I access my account information on Hengst.Connect as a registered user?
1. Click on the "Login or Register" link in the header. 2. Enter your email and password and click "Sign In". 3. Click on "Hello, your name" in the header to access the section for your account.
As a registered user of Hengst.Connect, do I see orders that I have placed with other order methods?
Yes. Once you have access, registered users will be able to view all their previous account activities over the past two years.
Why don't I see my order or delivery in the overview?
In principle, all documents will be transferred from 2023, regardless of whether they were placed via Hengst.Connect or analogue. However, due to products that are no longer in the program or delivery addresses that are no longer active, not all documents might be displayed.
How do I add items to my cart?
Only registered users who have the appropriate order permissions can add products for which a price is displayed to their shopping cart. The "Add to Cart" button appears on the "Search Results" page, the "Product Detail" page, and the "Quick Order" page. Likewise, products from order templates can be added to the shopping cart. Please note that 1 piece can be ordered as standard. If there is a minimum order quantity required for a product, you will be informed of this accordingly.
How can I cancel or change an order that I have placed on Hengst.Connect?
If you want to cancel or change an order after it has already been placed in Hengst.Connect, please consult your contact person by phone or e-mail. Please note that you may not be able to change an order if it has already been packed, shipped, or is ready for pickup at Hengst.
Can I change the delivery address?
You can select your stored delivery address in the "Checkout" section before placing the order. If you want to change a delivery address on an order that has already been placed, this is only possible if the logistics process has not yet started. To do this, as well as to add additional shipping addresses to your account, please consult your contact person at Hengst.
Can I change the billing address?
You can choose between your billing addresses in the checkout. If you want to make any changes or add any addresses, please consult your contact person at Hengst.
How do I save my lists?
Registered users have the possibility to add products to an order template or generate a new order template on the product detail page. It is also possible to generate an order template by uploading an excel file under 1. "My Account", 2. "Order Templates".
What is a Quick Order and how can I use it?
The quick order allows you to easily and quickly add products to your shopping cart by entering the type or material number. As a registered user, you can use the ""Quick Order"" option to select up to 10 products, define the corresponding quantity and then add them to the shopping cart at the same time. You can find the quick order in the header under ""Quick order"", in the shopping cart and on the detail page of the order templates.
Can I search for parts worldwide?
Products that are available for purchase in your region will be displayed.
How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Login or Register" in the header of the page. Then, click on the link "Forgot your password?" and enter your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to proceed.
What do I do if I get error messages and I am not sure what to do?
If you see an error message that you don't understand, or if you have any questions, please contact your Hengst representative. Under "My contact persons" you will find all necessary information. In case of technical error messages, please contact our technical support at [email protected].
How do I change the language of the store?
In the header, you can change the language by clicking on the arrow next to the globe.
What payment methods are available to me?
Currently, only purchase on account is possible.
How can I delete my customer account?
If you wish to delete your customer account, please consult your respective contact person.
How do I find the right product for my vehicle?
Use our vehicle search. Here you can enter all relevant information about your vehicle so that matching products are suggested.
What vehicle data is required for the vehicle search?
You can enter the key number or you can search by selecting the vehicle type, manufacturer, model range and/or model. You can find our vehicle search here.
